Student Sentenced To Death For Hanging Two Prostitutes

A 23-year-old university student in China will be executed after hanging two prostitutes and having sex with their corpses.

The student, whose surname is Lee, was studying design at Jilin University in Changchun and told police that he had been failing a lot of classes and called the prostitutes to help relieve the pressure.

He also told detectives that he used to have fantasies about having sex with dead bodies and decided one morning that he could no longer resist carrying it out.

On March 6 this year he hired a 20-year-old prostitute called Cai through the internet, according to iFeng.com.


Lee then hanged her and had her body shipped back to his house in Changping , where he had sex with the corpse.

It was then dismembered and the parts buried in Lee’s garden.

On March 23 he carried out the same macabre act on the body of another prostitute that he’d hanged and shipped home.

A forensic psychiatrist determined that Lee wasn't insane and was criminally responsible for the crimes.

The Second Intermediate People's Court found him guilty of intentional homicide and sentenced him to death.

It also ordered him to pay 80,000 yuan (£8,000) in compensation to the victims’ families.

Soldier Beats Bus Conductor To Death in Lagos

A soldier allegedly beat up a bus driver to death at Obalende Bus stop Lagos, because he didn’t want to pay his transport fare and the driver asked him to.The names of the soldier and bus driver are still unknown , you can read the full report of the incident below:

There was pandemonium on Monday morning at the Obalende bus terminus at the Obalende, Ikoyi area of Lagos State after a yet-to-be-identified soldier killed a commercial bus driver, Bashiru Adebayo.
Eyewitnesses say the soldier killed the 34-year-old over an argument on N100 transport fare.
An eyewitness, Abdulrasheed Ajagun, said the soldier had accompanied a woman to the bus park and had left when the argument started.
He said, “The soldier was in mufti, so nobody knew he was a soldier. He came to the park with the woman and she boarded one of the buses going to Yaba.
“The bus conductor told the woman she would pay N150 for the normal fare and N100 for the three bags she had in the boot.
“After arguing that she would not pay, she decided to call her soldier friend on the telephone. He came back to the park and started querying the conductor over the N100.
“The driver, who was calling passengers into the bus, heard their argument and went to intervene.
“Before anyone knew what was happening, the soldier had held him (driver) by his shirt and started slapping him. As we all begged him to leave him alone, he gave the driver a blow in the neck. He slumped.
“Not satisfied, he stamped his foot on him. The danfo driver died right there.”
A mob was said to have quickly gathered around the area, while the soldier was seized and beaten up.
Some policemen monitoring traffic within the vicinity were said to have rescued the soldier from the irate mob.
However, another eye witness, Christian Chukwu who is also a driver, said the woman, who started the incident, ran to Dodan Barracks and mobilised other soldiers who descended on the people in the park.
He said, “The soldiers beat up everyone without asking any question.
“A policeman, who wore the rank of a Deputy Superintendent of Police was also beaten up. The policeman was the one that held the soldier after he was rescued from the mob. They wanted to collect his gun, he refused and insisted the soldier must follow him to the station. They tore his clothes and removed his cap.
A reporter with Radio Nigeria, who was filming the scene, was also beaten up. His phones and gadgets were destroyed. The brother of the deceased, who held the corpse in his arms, was equally assaulted.”
Our correspondent learnt that some other soldiers later arrived at the scene and took away the killer soldier in an Audi car.
It was  learnt that the corpse of the Oyo State indigene was taken to the General Hospital mortuary.
A friend of the late driver, who identified himself simply as Baba Ijebu, described the deceased as a gentle and peaceful man who in his 15 years in the park had never fought with anybody.
Director, Army Public Relations Office, 81 Division, Lt. Col Omale Ochuagwuba,said that the suspect had been arrested and investigations had begun.
The army spokesman promised that the matter would not be swept under the carpet.
He said, “The soldier (suspect) said he was in mufti and was seeing his wife off at Obalende. His wife was billed to travel to the village and was boarding a commercial bus. His wife’s belongings had been put into the bus but an argument ensued over the cost of transportation.
“The soldier told the driver that the price was too high and the driver threw the soldier’s wife’s bags out of the vehicle and he pushed the soldier and the two of them started fighting. The driver’s colleagues joined hands and started beating up the soldier.
“The soldier’s wife ran down to Dodan Barracks to report the matter, but by the time the soldiers got there, the bus driver was already dead.”

Nigeria Will Collapse Legally By 12 Midnight Today

CONTROVERSIES ruled the polity, yesterday, over whether or not Nigeria will cease to exist as a legal entity after 12 midnight today.A conglomeration of ethnic nationality groups said going by the Amalgamation Treaty of January 1, 1914, which joined Northern and Southern protectorates to create Nigeria with a life span of 100 years, the country will expire at 12 a.m. today.

Professor Akin Oyebode, a lawyer, said Nigeria will not expire because the amalgamation was not put in place by a treaty, but by an order in council by the British Parliament. Oyebode has a soul mate in legal icon, Professor Itse Sagay (SAN), who argued that there was no law that automatically gives a treaty 100 years life span.

However, the ethnic nationalities, which included Federation of Oodua People, Middle Belt Congress, Lower Niger Congress and Oporoza House, which congregated on the banner of Movement for New Nigeria, MNN, insisted that Nigeria would become history after today and urged all Nigerians to embrace the national conference to agree on fresh terms of co-existing.

They spoke at a briefing held at Freedom Park, Lagos. Present at the briefing were Elder Fred Agbeyegbe, Co-coordinator; Tony Nnadi, Secretary-General; Mrs Hilda Dokubo, Timi Kaiser Ogoriba, Chief Dan Ekpebide, Abuka Onalo, Ambah Binaebi, Shade Olukoya and Leye Akinmodiro.On nat’l dialogue, 2015They urged President Goodluck Jonathan to speed up the national dialogue, warning that it would be disastrous to hold the 2015 elections without a new constitution emerging from a national conference.
They said: “The mention of 2015 in Nigeria’s political discourse instantly evokes two ominous conjectures. One is the haunt of the US intelligence prediction that Nigeria will disintegrate before 2015.
“The other very bloody prospect swirls around the 2015 electoral round in which a northern politician assumes that there would be trouble if the elections are rigged.”100 years treatyNnadi said: “What the British did in the amalgamation treaty was to consolidate all the treaties that they signed with the different ethnic nationalities they subdued in the process of their conquest.

“By 1914, the various treaties were consolidated so as to be recognised in international law. Under international law, every treaty has a life span of 100 years. The Amalgamation Treaty took effect on January 1, 1914, which means that it will expire on December 31, 2013.
“The second challenge for Nigeria is that the 1999 Constitution, which General Abdulsalami Abubakar gave to Nigeria made certain proclamations that are rooted in falsehood because it was not a constitution drawn up by Nigerians.“What will hold Nigeria after December 31 is a hope that the national conference will produce another document that Nigerians would accept.”

Former Director, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Dan Mou, said Nigeria is fortunate that there was no separatist movement in the country.He said that issues such as these were what the national conference should resolve and all the ethnic minorities should wait to see the outcome of the conference, adding that President Goodluck Jonathan acted wisely by putting the conference in place and the outcome should be subjected to a referendum.

No danger,says OyebodeCountering, Professor Oyebode said Nigeria will not cease to exist legally on account of the 100 years of amalgamation because the amalgamation was consummated through an order in council by the British Parliament.According to him, the process of amalgamation started in January 1900, when the British Parliament issued an Order-in-Council through which the Royal Nigeria Company, which succeeded the United African Company, ceded its power to the British Crown and resulted in the amalgamation of the Southern protectorate.
He said the British Parliament also issued an Order-in-Council which resulted in the amalgamation of Northern protectorate in 1906. The amalgamation of Northern and Southern protectorates took place in 1914 through another Order-in-Council.He said the order was used in British territories, which had no legislature to issue such legislative instrument.

 He said it was through the order that Nigeria got her independence in 1960.Professor Oyebode agreed with moves to convene a national conference because the 1999 Constitution, which was foisted on Nigerians by the military, shared the same features and characteristics with the Amalgamation Acts which were enacted without the participation and consent of Nigerians.

According to Oyebode, the 1999 Constitution is nothing but Decree No. 24, which has since been identified as a fraudulent document.Noting that the 1999 Constitution may be valid but not legal, he said “what we should expect is for the proposed national conference to lead to a constitutional conference through which Nigerians can produce a document that they can respect.”Amalgamation was not a treaty— SagayProfessor Itse Sagay said: “I totally disagree with the group that the 1914 amalgamation was by a treaty.

“It was a union imposed on us by the British who were colonial overlords of Nigeria, then recognised by international law, which was a legitimate power to join the Northern and Southern protectorates.“So, it was not a treaty at all. If it were a treaty, both parties could have sat round the table to negotiate their merger. But there wasn’t anything like that at all.

“The people just woke up one morning and found out that they have been joined together by the superior colonial force.“Meanwhile, contrary to their belief that a treaty can expire, it can be forever and can be terminated by either party. A party can withdraw from a treaty at anytime, provided certain conditions are met.”

Nigerian Lady Excretes Hard Drugs Inside Aircraft

Chizoba Anya, a Nigerian lady, has excreted wraps of substance that tested positive for methamphetamine on-board a Qatar Airline Flight from Malaysia to Nigeria, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, said on Monday. NDLEA said the 32-year old suspect was said to have aroused suspicion following her frequent visits to the toilet.

“On arrival at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Lagos, three wraps of methamphetamine were found in her possession,” said Mitchell Ofoyeju, NDLEA spokesperson. NDLEA commander at the Lagos Airport, Mr. Hamza Umar, said that the suspect while under observation excreted two additional wraps. “The suspect was found with three wraps which she excreted in the aircraft. While she was under observation at the Lagos airport, she excreted two additional wraps of drugs.

The five wraps which tested positive for methamphetamine weighed 80 grammes,” Umar said. Preliminary investigation also revealed that the suspect left Ghana where she ingested the drugs to Malaysia. “In Malaysia, she was denied entry and made to board another flight back to Nigeria. She started excreting the drugs at the airport in Malaysia,” NDLEA said.

The agency quoted the suspect as saying in her statement that she was offered half a million naira to smuggle the drugs to Malaysia. “I was promised the sum of half a million naira but my problem started when I had immigration problem in Malaysia. I was denied entry and made to return to Nigeria after two days. While in the aircraft, I excreted three wraps and two other wraps in the NDLEA office,” Vivian stated.

Vivian, who hails from Onitsha, said that she just completed her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration at the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State. “I just completed my HND programme and I am from a very poor family. I wanted to use the money they promised me to assist my siblings by smuggling the drug to Malaysia,” she added.

OJB talked about his disappointment with celebrity using his fund raising scheme as a channel for financial muscle competition and D’banj’s refusal to deny a false N7m donation rumour.

Then they will say I’m donating one million naira to you and the cameras start recording and maybe the guy’s tape stops, and he says let’s take that again (Laughs).

“There were people in my dialysis that I gave N100k each to pay for their dialysis, we didn’t publicize it, we didn’t take photos with them, because I felt that was unnecessary.”

Nigeria Police Force To Spend N125.6m On Dogs In 2014

The Nigeria Police Force is to spend a whopping N125, 629,606 million on its dogs in 2014.

The amount is contained in the Police budget proposal submitted to the National Assembly by President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja last week.  The presentation was made on his behalf by his Minister for Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.

The budget for the dogs is part of the N292,351,812,085 billion budgeted for the police for the year.

A breakdown of the proposal shows that Construction of Force Headquarters (FHQ) dog section barrack offices and kernels will cost N60,081,151m while the Development of Police Veterinary dogs breeding center, also at the FHQ, Abuja will cost N29, 544,748m.

The Police also budgeted the sum of N35, 993,707 million for the procurement of dogs handling equipment and feeding.

The police also expect to spend N277, 968,292 million on the procurement of arms and ammunition.

At least, on the bright side, the dogs will get good food to eat out of N125.6m while some citizens die of hunger.

Wole Soyinka’s Daughter Iyetade Soyinka Is Dead

Daughter of Nobel Prize winner Wole Soyinka, Iyetade Soyinka has passed on at the age of 48, Sahara Reporters report. Ms. Soyinka, who was born June 6, 1965, died at the University of Ibadan Teaching Hospital where she was being treated for an undisclosed ailment.

The death was disclosed in a statement signed by Jahman Anikulapo, an aide to Mr. Soyinka, one of the world’s foremost dramatists and winner of the 1986
Nobel Prize in literature. The statement noted that the late Iyetade Soyinka was a student at the Staff School and Queens School, Ibadan before she studied Medicine at the University of Ibadan.

Mr. Anikulapo’s statement described the deceased as “affable, intelligent and sometimes capricious,” adding that she
“struggled with her health in recent years.” Despite her health woes, the late Iyetade Soyinka “greeted every day with a smile and doted on her two children.”

The statement, which was issued on behalf of the deceased’s family, revealed that Ms. Soyinka “took ill quite suddenly and passed away while being treated at UCH, Ibadan. “Iyetade leaves behind two children, both parents, numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.”

Jet Li, Battling With Serious Health Issues

According to a Daily News report, Chinese action star and martial arts hero, Jet Li, has said that he is being treated for an overactive thyroid, but he is determined to fight the condition head-on.
He explained that exercise is not advised with the medication he’s taking. An overactive thyroid, or hyperthyroidism, causes changes in a person’s metabolism and heart rate, among other symptoms, but is generally treatable with medications.
Li was diagnosed in 2010. He kept his condition under control with medication, but it came back with a vengeance recently.
He said that he’s tackling his illness head-on. “I’m just a regular guy, I’m not Wong Fei Hung, I’m not Huo Yuan Jia (kung fu heroes he portrays on film), I’m not a hero. I’m just like you.”

A martial arts champion at a young age, Li turned to acting and began showing off his kung fu skills on big screens in the 1980s.

Dear Headies 2013 Organizers,
Let me start by saying I am not just disappointed in you but u have just proved to us that Nigeria is not getting better any time soon. You have been manipulated by a greedy and hopeless telecommunications company (MTN) because they sponsored your event and you forgot the ultimate rule that awards are meant to be impartial and should be decided by the general public especially when u told us to vote. You distributed the awards among four MTN ambassadors (Iyanya, Davido, Praiz, and KCee) and just oneGlo ambassador won (Waje). Is that not politics or is it coincidence? Now let us analyse.
The Headies 2013 was a flop, your stage was shaped like a models runway, the choreographers lacked ideas and didn’t interpret the music, I have seen a better performance from Nigeria’s Got Talent. What was the Gulder Ultimate Search theme song that was being played throughout the event?
Who on earth uses the Mavin slaves -Dr Shit popularly called Dr Sid and Tiwa Gabbage knows as Tiwa Savage as anchors of an event? Oh I forgot, the awards lacked credibility and substance.
Why did majority of the winners come from backstage, instead of coming from the crowd like it should be? I watched Nickelodeon Kids choice awards this year and it is far better than the over hyped Headieswhich was not properly planned and hurriedly done #shame.
Can you explain to us how Olamide won Best Rap Album? Olamide has commercialised rap, we cannot tell if he is a rapper or a singer. As far as I am concerned, he is just an entertainer like D’Banj. So where does Vector, Phyno, Reminisce and Illbliss who represent real hip hop/rap stand? Don’t forget that there is a big difference between commercial rap and real rap, all he sings about is remind us that he is from the street but to be sincere Terry G is more street than Olamide and Terry G is not even a rapper #justsaying.
How can Harrysong win most MTN most downloaded caller tune song for RIP Mandela? when didMandela die and do u want to compare that dead song with other club bangers in the same category? Simple, it is because Harrysong is a label mate to your MTN ambassadors (KCee). In my opinion Jawon, Waje, 2 Face, Clarence Peters, Blackmagic and Davido deserved their awards. How can Wizkid not win any award? Someone who has been the most consistent and sought after this year. I am sure Wizkid declined an interview from you that’s why he didn’t win, in fact Wizzy should be the artiste of the year. Infact, Headies, MTN and PDP should merge and start a new political party for the upcoming election in 2015. It should be named MHDP(Mtn Headies Democratic Party). We all know exactly what happened,MTN agreed to sponsor your event and they gave you the list of who should win. Our votes did not count; do you think we are blind and foolish like yourself? Instead of your greedy MTN sponsors to improve their network, reduce tariffs and contribute to the growth of the nation, they will be sending me SMS on how they gave free ipad and mp3 to those who sent an SMS to a code. They spend all their time looking for how to extort customers and scam us with their ridiculous offers (free airplane and a trip to the moon). I am sorry to say sir but if u continue this way your company will fold up and collapse because you are not an epitome of integrity. I am speaking on behalf of majority of Nigerians who know the truth and are not afraid to say it.

A strange object, which residents of Awotan in Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State called a ‘drone’, was said to have crashed into a building at Omiremi Quarters in the community, leaving a crater on the roof of the building.

However, aviation sources have confirmed the object as a United States’ drone on an espionage mission in Nigeria.

The registration number, TX 5803, inscribed on a black battery under the craft, suggests that the space craft must have taken off from NASA base in Texas, USA.

It was also discovered that the battery attached to the spacecraft powered it, and enabled it to move around so that it could carry out the bidding of whomever sent it.

Actress Mercy Johnson Donates Materials And Food Stuffs To 5000 Widows In Her Husband’s Home Town In Uromi

On Monday Dec 23, 2013 top actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie donated various materials and food stuffs to 5000 widows in Uromi, her husband’s home town. According to sources, she made the entire widows and the people of Uromi very happy this Christmas.
 The actress was able to achieve this through her Mercy Johnson Okojie’s Foundation, which is geared towards the improvement of less privileged people and women in the society. Each widow of over 5000 received a bag of rice, 6 yards of super print, a bag of salt, groundnut oil, tin tomatoes and  maggi cubes.
She indeed has a heart of gold, more grease to her elbow.

Woman who got HIV while seeking for A child

Toyosi Ogunseye tells the stories of women who contracted HIV while desperately seeking to have children and the societal pressure that pushes them into the hands of quacks and pseudo-medical centres

I got HIV in the process of looking for a child,” says Mrs. Titi Okunowo with a sad smile. “I got the child but it came with what I didn’t bargain for — a virus I may live with for the rest of my life.”

Globally, sexual transmission is responsible for 75 per cent of HIV infections. But Okunowo did not contract HIV through sex. It all started with a love story.

When Okunowo met with the man that would become her husband, it was almost love at first sight. But her husband’s family opposed their union. So, when they tried for a baby and there was none coming, Okunowo began to fear for the future of her marriage.

“I didn’t want to lose my husband. I didn’t want him to look outside for another woman who could bear him a child. I wanted to protect my marriage and I also feared my in-laws’ wrath,” she says.

Okunowo is one of the 3.1 million Nigerians who have the Human Immunodeficiency Virus in their bloodstreams. According to the National Agency for the Control of AIDS, 58  per cent of the members of this group are women but only 23 per cent of women in Nigeria have comprehensive knowledge of HIV transmission and prevention issues.

Driven by the desperation to have a child and save her home, Okunowo went looking for help at hospitals and trado-medical centres. She moved from doctors to herbalists, submitting her body to injections, incisions, transfusions and all manner of invasive procedures. In her desperation, she did not request any of the doctors or herbalists to sterilise the tools or use new ones.

She says, “I won’t lie to you. I visited everyone and everywhere I could to get a child. Once I hear that someone somewhere can help me get pregnant, I would run there as far as my legs could carry me. Name the state, I have been there. And I am not talking about hospitals alone; I also visited herbalists in three different states.

“I went through all sorts of procedures, both medical and ‘native’ in my desperation. Some of the places where these procedures took place were not neat but I didn’t care. Neatness and safety was the last thing on my mind. I did not ask if they sterilised their blades or not.  I just needed a child. I needed to keep my home.”

Masvinu is confident of his looks and is unfazed by people who stare at him in the streets. “My ugliness comes naturally to me and although I did a bit to prepare for the show, I let my looks do the rest. Now I am a celebrity, when people meet me in the street they shout Mr Ugly and I wave at them happily,” he said. Masvinu, who is a part time mechanic, revealed that he has also ventured into acting and features in a film titled Fuse Yatsva which has already been produced.

"These days I spend time selling my film on the streets of Harare and people like it,” he said. Last year, the 39-year-old was quoted bemoaning the lack of corporate support for “celebrities” like him. He said as the reigning Mr Ugly Harare, he should be in the same league with superstars such as Oliver Mtukudzi. “Despite my celebrity status, my life hasn’t changed and I still struggle to make ends meet,” he said.

"The corporate world should support me as I am a celebrity just like other musicians and top people,” he said. But, he added, as a celebrity he now enjoys numerous free drinks and beer and often gets into shows without paying as people “respect” his celebrity status. It is just a matter of time before Masvinu proves how far he can go as a celebrity or whether he will make headlines for grabbing other people’s wives

Sammie Okposo renounces COSON membership

Sammie Okposo has renounced his membership with the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON).
According to a statement released by his reps, Okposo’s decision to leave COSON is due to what he says is the lack of transparency and accountability on the part of the collective management organization. The Gospel singer wants COSON to stop collecting royalties and acting on his behalf with immediate effect.
‘I, Sammie Okposo, a proud Nigerian artiste wishes to notify the general public and all stakeholders alike that I have stopped being a member of COSON’, he said in a statement released this week.
Okposo’s exit comes weeks after the Broadcast Organisation of Nigeria (BON) and Independent Broadcast Association of Nigeria (IBAN) pronounced a ban on the airing of the musical works of 96 musicians including Okposo.
Okposo has also called for the registration of another CMO with a view to breaking the monopoly currently being enjoyed by COSON.
Meanwhile COSON has responded to Okposo’s statement saying that he will still return to COSON.
‘With time Gospel Singer, Sammie Okposo will realize that there are few Nigerian institutions that are run with a level of transparency, accountability and professionalism available at COSON and he will return to the fold’, Chinedu Chukwuji said in a statement sent to NET.
According to Mr Chukwuji’, ‘Sammie has not availed himself the opportunity of visiting the COSON office and is clearly unfamiliar with the quality of personnel, the technology and processes put to work at COSON’.
Mr Chukwuji also said that COSON has not received any resignation letter from Okposo.

The TV reality star, showed off the latest gift her beau Kanye has given their daughter- an exact miniature of his Lamborghini Aventador.

According to Radar Online, Kanye’s Lamborghini Aventador cost a whooping sum of  $750,000.

Sharing a photo of the car on Instagram, Kim captioned it as “Like father like daughter.”

The car was tastefully made up to to the exact finish of the interior same as  Kanye’s own Lamborghini.

There have been mixed feelings on Instagram as to whether the gift was just okay or over the top for little North.

Edo State Governor oshiomhole involved in an auto accident

 

According to Sahara Reporters,

Governor Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole survived a motor accident at Ewu Village along the ever-busy Benin-Auchi road in Edo State at about 9.45am Saturday, 28th December 2013 on his way back to Benin City from his Iyamho Village. The incident occurred at about 9.45am at Ewu, in Edo Central Senatorial District, when a Peugeot J5 Bus filled with tomatoes and plantains apparently lost control and rammed into the Governor’s Flag Car from the opposite direction before swerving into a roadside ditch.

Three vehicles in the Governor’s convoy were in front of the Governor’s Flag Car and had passed the Peugeot J5 Bus before it [J5 Bus] had direct impact with the Governor’s car, which had the Governor, his Aide-De-Camp [ADC] and his Driver as occupants. The Governor’s Car was badly affected but both occupants of the Peugeot J5 Bus and that of the Governor’s sustained no injuries.The Peugeot J5 Bus was following a truck that was descending the Ewu Slope when it suddenly veered off into the Governor’s lane from the opposite direction and directly impacted on the Governor’s vehicle, apparently because of brake failure. The good story is that nobody sustained injuries in both vehicles. The Comrade Governor is hale and hearty, his ADC and other occupants of the Peugeot J5 are also in good condition.The incident has been reported to the Divisional Police Station at Ewu for further investigation. This is to assure all good people of Edo State that there is no cause for alarm. Their loving Comrade Governor is fine, hale and hearty as well as other occupants of the other affected vehicle. The Comrade Governor is wishing everyone a prosperous new year ahead.

Flavour Opens Up On Alleged Relationship With Tiwa Savage and Marriage Plans

Despite rumors that he proposed to his girlfriend earlier in the year, Flavour has denied that he proposed to his girlfriend, and also went on to state that he is not looking at getting married anytime soon, as he is focused on his music. He also spoke on reports that he and Tiwa Savage had something going on;
