Is it Normal For A Dad To Kiss His Ten/Eleven Year Old Daughter On The Lips?
I went to pick my daughter from after school program on Friday. While I am waiting for my daughter, I notice another father coming to pick up his daughter. I’ve noticed him before because of what he does when he greets his daughter, so this time I make a note to see which binder he signs so I can get an idea of how old his daughter is. (the binder has their age on it) I note that he signs for his daughter out of the Fourth/Fifth grade level binder, so that means the daughter has to be at least ten or eleven years old. The daughter comes up to her daddy, daddy picks her up in his arms and gives her a smooch on the lips.
Is this normal? I’ve never kissed my daughters on the lips, even when they were babies, but I know in some families they kiss their children on the lips.
But is this normal for a dad to kiss his ten/eleven year old daughter on the lips?
