Shocking: Nine-month-old boy accused of planning murder:Charged to court

A nine-month-old boy has appeared in court accused of planning a murder in Pakistan.
Baby Muhammad Mosa Khan has also been charged with threatening police and interfering in state affairs.
He is facing charges along with other family members following a raid by police to catch suspected gas thieves in Lahore...

According to Express Tribune,The ‘accused’ was granted an interim bail after he appeared in Judge Rafaqat Ali’s court with his grandfather, Muhammad Yaseen. However, the infant started crying in the court when his grandfather held his thumb to dip it in ink and put its print on the bail bonds – since the tot could not sign it himself.While the infant was being formally charged during Thursday’s hearing, he was busy suckling on his pacifier.According to the FIR,



...the baby, along with his uncles and grandfather, attacked the police officers, bailiff team and some Sui gas employees with wooden rods and pelted them with stones. A police team along with a bailiff and some Sui gas employees raided Muhalla Thanedaran to sever gas connections of houses that had not paid their dues, the FIR reads.

Wife Arrange Her Own Kidnap to Extort Cash from Her Husband

A young housewife who's crazy about money but was not getting as much as she wanted from her husband has been arrested by men of Nigeria Police in Delta after they discovered she arranged her own kidnap.

33-year-old Grace Obi is said to have, along with an accomplice, faked her own abduction in a bid to extort some good money from her husband. She was found out and arrested, and so was her accomplice, after all the investigations conducted by the police indicated the kidnapping is fake.

Confirming the unfortunate incident, the state Police Commissioner, Ikechukwu Aduba, said:
The woman and her agent have been arrested. He said a case of kidnapping of Grace Obi was reported at the Police Area Command, Warri, on March 7, 2014 and investigation into the case revealed that the victim is the one who masterminded her own kidnap just to extort money from her spouse.

The husband, who is described as a very simple man, is said to be in shock, as he could not understand why his loving wife would descend to such a shameful level all because of  money.

HIV Infected Man Beats WifeTo Death For Denying Him Sex

A man suspected to be infected with HIV has allegedly beaten his wife to death in Plateau State, north central Nigeria.
The man identified as Benjamin Toma has been arrested after the incident which happened recently.
 Toma beat his wife to death and later hanged her body to cover up the criminal act.




Chuwang Sambo of Larwa village in Heipang District of Barkin Ladi Local Government, reported to the police that Toma of Foron junction, also in Barkin Ladi, beat his wife, Victoria aged 25, to death and later hanged her body.


Olakpe further stated that “the reason for his action was as a result of his wife’s refusal to summit herself to sexual intercourse.”
A source close to the couple said Victoria consistently denied Toma sex because he had contracted the dreaded HIV disease.

Olakpe said the suspect will soon appear in court after the conclusion of investigation...

Lagos Bus Conductor Allegedly Jumps Into Atlantic Ocean After Stealing N40,000

A 26-year-old bus conductor, Nurudeen Suleiman, who allegedly jumped into the Atlantic Ocean after stealing N40, 000, was on Tuesday charged before a Tinubu Magistrates’ Court, Lagos. The accused, whose address is unknown, is facing a charge of stealing before Magistrate Salama Matepo.The prosecutor, SP Austin Orji, said the accused committed the offence on March 30 at about 4.30 p.m. at the Bar Beach on Victoria Island, Lagos.

He alleged that the accused had approached the complainant, one Mr Segun for some financial assistance.

 “The man had brought out some naira notes to give Suleiman and in the process, some fell off. “The accused on the pretext of helping to pick the money kept N40, 000 and handed over the rest to the complainant. “The complainant suspected a foul play and before he knew it, Suleiman had jumped into the Atlantic Ocean to avoid being caught. “He stayed in the ocean for about 30 minutes to allow the divers that had attempted to arrest him leave,’’ Orji said.

He said the accused was later apprehended by some security men when he came out. The offence, Orji noted, contravened Section 285 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011. Suleiman, however, pleaded not guilty. In his ruling, the magistrate granted the accused bail in the sum of N20, 000 with one surety in like sum and adjourned the case to April 23.(NAN)

Nigerian talented singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has reportedly gotten himself a movie role courtesy of his cousin, Ikechukwu Ojeogwu, who is an actor and producer.

Davido would be working with directives from popular director, Teco Benson.

According to insiders, Davido’s role in the movie is expected to further strengthen its popularity.

Speaking on this, his cousin Ikechukwu said Davido who is delighted over the project can’t wait for it to begin and that he is taking it seriously like any other business as his image is at stake.

“This is Davido’s first movie appearance, I, as the producer, have been able to work out things in such a manner that it would be beneficial to us all. I’ve crafted out a role that I know would put him in a comfortable position and won’t make him either excessive or otherwise.

“I know how big Davido is and I don’t want to put a lot of pressure on him because of his busy schedule and it is his first appearance. Furthermore, the script is in such a way that he doesn’t over shadow the beauty of the script but to add his weight to the success of the project,” he said.

A snake on Tuesday disrupted the passing-out parade of the NYSC Batch “A” at the Orientation Camp at Tsafe in Zamfara.

According to eyewitnesses, the snake might have come from one of the dilapidated structures at the camp and could have been in search of shelter or food.

It was gathered that the snake tried to make its way to the platform where special guests at the occasion were seated during the course of the ceremony.

Some of the corps members, as well as some of the special guests, took to their heels to avoid the reptile.

However, some of the corps members ran after the snake to kill it, using sticks and their boots.

Earlier, in her address to mark the end of the camp, the scheme’s Co-ordinator in the state, Mrs. Ruth Bakka, had urged the corps members to be of good behaviour.

She also urged them to be security-conscious during their 11-month primary assignment in the state.

The state co-ordinator commended the attitude displayed by the corps members while in camp, and advised them to remain disciplined wherever they found themselves in the future.

[Updated] STAMPEDE AT UNIBEN DURING REGISTRATION OF FRESHERS

 According to a close source, early this morning around 6:30 am, there was a stampede at  University of Benin (UNIBEN). The gate leading to the school auditorium was locked due to the crowd (students). The students managed to pull down the gate which resulted to the stampede. A good number of students were critically injured but were rushed with immediate effect to University of Benin Teaching Hospital for treatment.

In this season of open-letters in Nigeria, the last person we all expect to have one written to him is God. But guess what? He has his own too!

Veteran Nigerian singer and controversial figure, Charly Boy has written God a letter on his blog  which questions his very basic decisions and abilities on earth, and in heaven.

The letter which asks numerous questions ranging from the ‘trueness’ and ‘absolute nature’ of Christianity as the one true religion (in the face of thousands), and also, why God has not destroyed Satan, and allowing him to tempt mere mortals, requires some answers from God.

Charly Boy also went further to ask why God (who is theorized to be perfect), should create imperfect humans, ask for praises and worship in churches, and allow the world to be filled with tribulation and suffering.

He concludes the revealing letter with an urgent and somewhat offensive closing.

“Dear God,

I had to muster a ‘lotta’ courage to write you this letter, please don’t get pissed with me, because there is no way on Earth that I can stand your vex, as one of your authentic sons. First of all, I ‘wanna’ thank you for all thou have given me, beautiful children, a beautiful and soulful wife, a family filled with love, Mum and Dad, nice motor bikes, belief in Self. But most importantly that gift, the ability to shift gears when the context calls for it and being able to generate and evaluate several different options in order to respond effectively to any situation, adjusting to any condition that I face instead of struggling with the way things are. Thank you God for all your mercies, but shey you also know that I have worked hard for all that I have today, with the talent you blessed me with. In short BABA, you built me for the Nigerian roads, no shaking, who born dem.



There are so many things that confuse me about you which brings me to the real reason why I’m writing to you. But I guess you already saw this coming, no be you, Alfa and omega.

(1). When I hear some people say that Christianity is the only true religion approved by you, I get a bit confused. What happens to the rest of the people who do not belong to that religion?  Will you send them to hell?  Why should they suffer if they were raised in an area which did not expose them to the “one true religion”?  For example, there are about 1.2 billion Catholics.  What happens to the 5.6 billion people who are not Catholic?  What happened to the people who died prior to the organized religion or the concept of YOU, default to eternal damnation? Why is it acceptable to join a religion that was created by a single man?  For example, King Henry created the Church of England.  How do we know if YOU sent them or if it meets your approval, this religion?  How do we know that any religion is approved by your person? Too much confusion, waliiitaliii.  Why is it acceptable for religions to evolve?  Various religions have changed over time due to cultural pressures – how do we know these changes are “authorized” by YOU.

(2). God, you are supposed to be perfect I don’t get it how you ended up creating imperfect humans, and we are told that we are all created in YOUR image and likeness. For me I’m sorry Baba, I don’t get it. How can a whole YOU create imperfect things, by the way why don’t YOU just destroy Satan, once and for all?  Why is Satan allowed to tempt us anyhowly? Is it fair? Why would YOU even allow the creation of Hell? As CharlyBoy what I put out interms of my image tallies with the persona of Charlyboy because I have a kickass attitude. When I see some human beings, I definitely know that there is no way they can be YOUR creation, say who die?  For a lot of Christians, the Bible is the “truth” and the “law” – then is it not strange that humans are accepting laws written by men, and that there are many different versions seen from different perspectives? GOD please which one is correct? We have old and New Testament, and one too many versions, because human beings are imperfect their stories may as well be imperfect.

(3). Why does a perfect BABA like YOU who is all powerful and has all knowledge – require us to praise YOU by going to Church.  Should it not be sufficient for us to thank/praise YOU in our own way?  Why do YOU require praise at all?  Why do only humans need to praise Him, while other species are off the hook? I am just asking questions, or I shouldn’t be asking questions? Will YOU punish me for asking questions? But you are fair and just. Abi?

Why is there often contempt for those who question religion?  If humans were given the gift of intelligence and the freedom of choice, why should they be punished for using it?  Why is there continuous conflict between different religions, and between those who believe, and those who don’t?  How can anyone know if they are correct? Why is the universe, Earth, and life so imperfect?  Why would YOU create a world where there is so much… wrong, so much Beef, so much Gobee. I just tire for this matter.

And while we’re at it, I’m just really concerned about the myriad religions that say that believing anything other than them will result in going to hell. I mean, Christians say that Muslims will go to hell, and Muslims say Christians will go to hell. Can you help me out here? I haven’t even gotten into Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Daoism, Taoism, ancient Greek gods, ancient Roman gods… what would you recommend someone do BaBa God.

‘There was no violence or infidelity involved in my marriage’ – Joseph Benjamin

Actor Joseph Benjamin was a guest on Rubbin Minds yesterday Sunday March 30th where he opened up about his divorce. When the host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, asked him if he was finally divorced, the father of two said he was ‘working on it.’
Ebuka also took him up on rumors of violence and infidelity being the reason for his separation, Benjamin said it wasn’t true. What he said below…

Pick the right cleanser: Depending on your skin type, you need to pick a pH-balanced cleanser that’s perfect for your face. Dr. Graf advises a foaming or gel cleanser for oily skin and a creamier cleanser for dry skin. But no bar soap, ever. It’s just too drying.

Make sure your hands are clean: ”I’m constantly amazes at how many people skip this step,” marvels Dr. Graf. It’s simple: Dirty hands mean that you’re trying to cleanse your skin with, well, dirty hands. Wash your hands first, then wash your face.

Wash your washcloth: If you’re using a washcloth, make sure that’s clean, too. “Either wash the washcloth every single day or use a new one each time you wash your face. Washcloths can redeposit dirt and grime right back to your skin. “I’d prefer people use their fingers, ” says Dr. Graf. “With your hands, you know how much pressure you’re using, but with cloths and such, you can be too rough.”

You’re getting warmer: You want lukewarm water to ensure that your skin remains hydrated and unaffected. Dr. Graf advises a happy medium for best results: Not too hot, not too cold.

Don’t over-exfoliate: A lot of people go at their skin with a bit too much gusto with scrubs and exfoliants, so Dr. Graf warns that you should be gentle with your face. You also want to avoid using harsh grains and use a gentle scrub or exfoliant so you don’t cause damage to the skin.

Get rid of the cleanser completely:  Dr. Grad advises that you should make sure to cleanse your face completely. “Make sure you rinse any cleanser off completely. Residue can lead to dryness,” Graf advises.

Twice a day, no exceptions: Dr. Graf says most people don’t wash their face enough. “You should wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning when you wake up to remove the dirt and bacteria that gathers on your face while you’re sleeping, then again at night to take off makeup and the grime collected throughout the day.”

Lagos State University Female Student Found Dead On The Road at Ijesha Lagos

A 300 level Economics Student of the Lagos State University, (LASU) Miss Rita Onwuli, has been murdered by unknown persons.


Her lifeless body was found near a church at the Odo Olowu Street Ijeshatedo on the Apapa Oshodi Expressway in Lagos.
Sources say Rita left home on Tuesday and for three days she couldn’t be found.

Her bag which contained her personal belonging and her phone was found by her side and that was how people were able to reach out to people who recognized her and promised to come to the scene immediately.

There is no clue yet on what really happened to her but it is like a case of murder that took place somewhere.

LASU Public Relations Officer, Mr Sutton Kayode when contacted said he was going to check if Onwuli was a student of the institution.

Man hangs himself & 4 year old son after scammers sent him a mail asking him to pay £13,000 or face jail

A Romanian father,Marcel Datcu, 36, hanged himself  along with his 4-year old son after he opened a mail from scammers which demanded he pay £13,000 or face jail ..IB times reports..

The suicide note he left for his wife read..

"I received a warning [on my computer] that said I have to pay 70.000 lei [£13,000] or go to prison for 11 years."I don't think it's normal what I've done...I apologise to all of you...I don't want Nicusor to suffer because of me...I can't stand going to prison. I can't."

According to the sources close to the police investigation who spoke to Braila24, the warning came from ransomware which had infected Datcu's computer after he had visited some adult websites.
Ransomeware is a pernicious for of malware which can infect your computer through spam emails or malicious websites.

Once downloaded onto your computer, ransomware typically locks down your system and throws up a message which claims to be from some law enforcement agency. Cyber-criminals tailor the malware to look like it comes from local law enforcement agencies depending on which country you are in.
