INEC Shifts Elections To March, April

The Independent National Electoral Commission chairman, Mr Jega has addressed the press this evening, few minutes ago precisely where he made it known that even though INEC was prepared for the elections, they have no choice than to postpone it due to security reasons. While he spoke, the commission’s official twitter handle also tweeted all what he said at the press briefing you see in the photo above. SEE  tweets  after the cut.
