Soraja told Kurir newspaper that she met Neymar in Ibiza in July and they exchanged contact and frequently chatted via Skype. One day he told her he wanted to see her and sent a private plane to pick her and her friend up. Soraja was in Barcelona for many days with Neymar. This happened this October but Soraja refused to say when exactly and what happened between them. Well, if a man sends you a private jet...ahn!

Two Musicians Arraigned For Molesting Dancer

Two performing artists are standing trial before an Ejigbo Magistrates’ Court sitting in Lagos State, western Nigeria, over an alleged rape and indecent assault on a female dancer.

The two musicians, Ekene Uzor, 27, and Eni Daniel, 24, were arrested when the victim (name withheld) reported to the police that the suspects allegedly conspired to rape and blackmail her.

The 20-year old victim alleged that the musicians lured her to Uzor’s residence at 10, Joel Ajeye Street, Ejigbo, Lagos, where she was forced to remove her clothes and suck their penises.

She added that they took her pictures while performing the oral sex and threatened to post them on the internet if she refused to pay N10, 000 ransom demanded from her.

Testifying before the court, the victim, who resides at Surulere area of Lagos, said Uzor, who was known by her parents, promised to introduce her to an artiste who will promote her dancing career.

She said Uzor invited her to his house on the fateful day to meet the artists called Daniel, whom he said was his friend.

She narrated that when she got to Uzor’s house, Daniel was already there and Uzor assured her that he had discussed the issue with his friend.

The victim alleged that she did not suspect any foul play until she was told to remove her clothes.

By then, according to her, they had secretly locked the apartment.

She said she was threatened to cooperate with them and they stripped themselves and forced her to suck their p*nises.

She told the court that while she was sucking them one after another, they were using their phones to record the oral s*x.

The girl said when they were satisfied, they released her and allowed her to go. She said after the incident, Uzor came to her house and demanded for the money.

The victim said she became frustrated and told her father about the incident and the matter was reported to the police.

While investigating the matter, the police told the victim to agree to pay the ransom and asked her to tell the suspects to come and collect the money.

When Uzor and Daniel came for the ransom, they were arrested by the police who laid ambush for them. The phones with which they used to record her nude pictures were recovered.

The nude pictures were printed out as exhibit by the police. The suspects were charged to court for the alleged offense.

When they were arraigned, they pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs M.B. Folami, granted them bail in the sum of N250,000 with two sureties in like sum.

The matter was adjourned till 3 November for continuation of trial.

32-Year Old Man Commits Suicide For Stealing One Thousand Naira

Those of us who live in cities and have surpassed this traditional thing, do not know how God has redeemed us from this unbelievable tradition.

A 32-year-old man, Mr. Simon Mbam, of Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State has committed suicide after he was tortured by some villagers for allegedly stealing N1,000 from a shop in the market.

The victim, who jumped into a pond in the area last weekend, found himself in the mess when he left his house in the evening of the fateful day to buy drinks with his friends.

While late Simon and his friends were busy sipping their drinks, the owner of the shop raised an alarm over a missing N1,000 in his carton of drinks, but no customer admitted to haven taken the money.

The alarm raised by the shop owner attracted villagers who stormed the scene and gave the suspects till the following day to return the money or face the consequences.

It was learned that the said missing money was found at the door step of the shop, but when the villagers who were determined to get to the root of the matter gathered, the owner of the shop insisted on knowing the person behind the act.

Vanguard further gathered that the suspect, who later confessed to the crime, was allegedly beaten by the irate villagers until he started bleeding and losing consciousness.

They demanded that he should be treated like a thief, even as he was fined two goats, two crates of beer and N5,000, which were immediately provided by the suspect’s mother (names withheld).

It was gathered that the village head rejected what the suspect’s mother brought, insisting that an additional N5,000 should be provided so that the matter would be completely resolved without involving the police.

This second demand by the villagers made the suspect, who felt humiliated by the entire process, escape from his captors and jumped into Aku Pond, which was not far from the market square.

All efforts to rescue him on time proved abortive as he drowned before his body was retrieved by the villagers.

Meanwhile, four persons including the village head, had been arrested by the police after the mother of the victim reported the matter.

Side Chicks Get In Here!!! Bianka Johnson Has Got A Message For You!!!

Bianka Johnson, a popular Nigerian Texas based health practitioner and CEO of  BJ Movie Production & Enter-10-Ment has slammed girls who are side chicks to married men. According to her, side chicks will always remain the unofficial girl while the wife remains the one in control of his cash and his ‘sushi

“Nothing is interesting about being a side chic, nothing at all. I see girls on social media who take pride in displaying their ill-gotten souvenirs from their bitter daddies. He can't be that sweet if you are still his unofficial girl. Common be realistic girls. He gives you crumbs and leftovers so don't be fooled by the blings. He got money quite alright but is your name on any of his businesses? are you one of the beneficiaries on his life insurance?
The official wife control his money, accounts and everything else so don't believe all the bull he tells you. She wears his axx out every night so don't think he ain't getting sushi at home. If he ain't doing it how come every time you look around she is pregnant with his baby. If his axx is that miserable how come his still with her? Ladies shine your eyes...most men are sushi hunters.”

I Don’t Mind Dating a Younger Man Now ––Ara

When ladies are young, if you tell them to chill and take things easy, they won't listen. Some will tell you to forget it, that they have enough time. Funny enough, there is no enough time anywhere. And when reality finally comes in their 30s, they will say "age is just a number, I can marry anybody.

Popular female drummer, Ara has said she is now ready to give marriage another shot, after concluding her divorce with her Iceland-based estranged husband.

Here's what Ara told Saturday Beats about her quest for a new man:
“When I meet the right person and fall in love, I will consider marriage. I really want to fall in love again. I don’t believe in marriage just for its sake. If a younger guy comes up to me, I don’t mind dating the person. I don’t mind marrying somebody who I am older than. I have spoken to a couple of people and they don’t see anything wrong with it. If the person has a mature mind and is committed, then it is not a big deal.”
Truth is, age is not on her side and most men in her age are married or won't marry their age mate.

When asked if she is not looking for somebody who she can control and manipulate, the singer said she is not the overbearing type and she never exhibited such trait in her former marriage.

“I am not that kind of person. I am the most submissive wife. I am ‘mumu’ for love. You can ask my ex, he can tell you. There was never a day I didn’t ask him what I should cook even though I was the breadwinner. I would always ask him what he wanted. And whatever he said, if we didn’t have it, I would jump on an okada and enter the market to go and buy the stuff. I am a hopeless lover,” she said.

Ara revealed that she and her ex are still “good friends” because, “we have a child together. My boy is six years already. He has remarried. I am not envious that he got married again. God forbid! When he calls me, I always ask him if his wife isn’t around. I would also ask him if his wife knows that I am not interested in him. I don’t know her and I don’t know her name. I wouldn’t want her to feel I want to take her husband again. So I tell him I hope the wife knows that I am not interested and that he his calling me is just to find out about his son. I wouldn’t want to make any woman unhappy."

Will Smith to play Nigerian Doctor, Bennet Omalu, in New Movie

It is generally impossible to tell if a movie will be good or bad simply because of its choice of subject matter or leading actor. But sometimes it is significant that a movie is in production at all. Such is the case with Will Smith’s new project, in which he will play Bennet Omalu, the forensic pathologist and neuropathologist who discovered chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a condition caused by repeated blows to the head.
A football helmet’s health warning sticker is pictured between a U.S. flag and the number 55, in memory of former student and NFL player Junior Seau, as the Oceanside Pirates high school football team prepared for a game in Oceanside, Calif., on Sept. 14, 2012. (Mike Blake/Reuters).
Omalu’s discovery has raised serious questions about whether there is any safe way for people to play football as the game is currently conceived. Those doubts about what is arguably the most popular sport in America reach all the way to the White House: President Obama has repeatedly said that if he had a son, he would not let the boy play football. Smith’s decision to play Omalu is a nod to that growing unease.
There is a particular vindication in the idea of Smith playing Omalu, given some of the struggles that Omalu, who is Nigerian and knew little about football when he began his research, has faced in his efforts to study players’ brains. Omalu’s work on CTE began when he performed the autopsy on former Pittsburgh Steeler Mike Webster. Omalu was struck by reports of changes in Webster’s personality toward the end of his life and wondered whether they might be due to head injury.
Last year, Omalu told Frontline reporter Michael Kirk that he had expected that the National Football League would embrace his findings. Instead, after Omalu submitted a paper to Neurosurgery, the journal where NFL doctors often submit their papers, the league sent a letter to Omalu’s colleague Cyril Wecht, accusing Omalu of fraud.
“They went to the press. They insinuated I was not practicing medicine; I was practicing voodoo,” Omalu said. Jabs at Omalu’s place of birth were routine, he told Frontline. “Some of them actually said that I’m attacking the American way of life. ‘How dare you, a foreigner like you from Nigeria? What is Nigeria known for, the eighth most corrupt country in the world? Who are you? Who do you think you are to come to tell us how to live our lives?’ ”
That Omalu will not just get the big-screen biopic treatment, but gets to be played by Will Smith, one of the most successful black movie stars in the world and an icon of a certain kind of American success, is the sort of turnabout that feels exactly like fair play.
It is the cap on a shift in awareness that suggests the public — and NFL players — trust Omalu and his findings more than they trust the league. When veteran player Junior Seau committed suicide in 2012, he did so by shooting himself in the chest so that his brain could be studied after his death. His was the second such suicide by an NFL player in two years.
A 2013 Marist poll, conducted in conjunction with HBO’s Real Sports, found that 86 percent of Americans have heard at least something about the link between concussions and football. Thirty-three percent said that information would “make them less likely to allow a son to participate in the game,” with 16 percent saying that would be the most important factor in their choice. Thirteen percent reported that they would not let their sons play the game at all.
If those numbers increase, the NFL’s player pipeline could narrow, or even be shut off altogether, though it will be a long time until the NFL is in serious peril. Eighty-five percent of American families in the Marist poll would still let their boys put on pads. Thirty-five percent of Americans who follow sports name football as their favorite, with baseball lagging behind in second place.
In the interim, though, Smith’s movie will continue to advance the argument that it can be just as American to question the impact of football as it is to play the game. And if football players are American heroes, they deserve doctors with the same sense of determination and curiosity as Bennet Omalu looking out for them.

They Defected Because I Didn’t Put Money In Their Pockets - Oshiomhole

Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has made his stand known against members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who defected to rival party.
Punch reports that the state governor said he would not apologize in any way to former members of the APC at the presentation of staff of office to Alhaji Jackson Etokhana as the Oghieavhianwu of Avhianwu.
Oshiomhole, who described how traditional rulers need to be at alert so as to identify politicians who do not have the interest of the people at heart, said:  “So, those who defect because I do not put money in their pockets, let them continue to defect; no apology. Everybody will be remembered when they write the history of politics in Afemai land.”
“We must use every opportunity to educate our people. This afternoon, your Royal Highnesses, I am not asking you to go and carry party cards. I only ask you and your chiefs to educate our people to distinguish politicians, who will stand only when it is good for their family, not when it is good for the larger community.
He further continued by saying: ”I want it to be said that when I left office, our people started distinguishing thieves from real politicians. Our people must learn to begin to interrogate all manners of political miscreants, who come wanting to cash in on the poverty of our people. I always say that to be poor is not to be crazy. So, we must be clear.
“Those who called for Afemai Agenda believing that when an Afemai man becomes the governor, he will carry state money and share to them. And once they do not get it, they abandon Afemai Agenda and now they have turned only to the agenda of their stomach infrastructure. “You will always be governed by politicians, whether you like it or not, but you must carefully select your politicians on the basis of those who understand that state power is not for the private comfort of those around the state operators.”
However, Oshiomhole promised that neither him nor his administration would interfere with traditional matters as he has great respect for the culture of the land. He further used the opportunity to clear himself saying he would not “sponsor anybody to write a petition against any royal father,” hence, the need for all traditional rulers in the state to be in harmony with his administration.
He assured the newly installed royal father, Alhaji Jackson Etokhana, as well as the entire people of Avhianwu Clan, of government’s continuous support in the provision of infrastructural facilities to the community.
It would be recalled that just recently, the Edo State government, in a bid to keep the people of the state in a healthy state, has set up a committee over the Ebola Virus Disease rampage in the  country.
