" How noble and good everyone could be if, every evening before falling asleep, they were to recall to their minds the events of the whole day and consider exactly what has been good and bad. then without realizing it, you try to improve yourself at the start of each new day".

  1. Work intimately with God: Your relationship and communion with God is key to having a life that is consistently developing. it improves every area of your life.
  2. Use the acceptance model: Accept people in spite of their flaws; try to see the best in everyone.
  3. Start reading: Read a book everyday. The human potential is limitless, so it's impossible to reach a point of no growth.
  4. Learn a new word in a new language everyday: Learning a language is a whole new skill and the process of acquainting with a new language and culture is a totally mind opening experience.
  5. Pick up a new hobby: Learn a new sport. Your new hobby can also be recreational e.g. pottery, cooking, dancing, painting etc. Learning something new requires you to stretch yourself in different aspects whether emotionally, physically or mentally.
  6. Take a new course: Start a program; it could be little as a one week course to a two years course.
  7. Overcome your fears: 2 Timothy 1:7 addresses fear. Fear Keeps you in the same position and prevents you from growing in that area. Recognize that your fears reflect areas where you can grow.
  8. Level up your skills: What skills do you have that you can improve on? Gain more experience in your skills so that you can be better and stronger.
  9. Have a weekly exercise routine: You can go to the gymnasuium or exercise at home. Just make sure you have a daily exercise routine. It helps you control your weight, improves your health and gives you an emotional lift.
